KHARKIV, UKRAINE - APRIL 11, 2024: On April 11, the russian army launched another attack on Kharkiv, firing more than 10 S-300 and S-400 missiles. The Russians again targeted the city's critical energy infrastructure. After this night attack, 200 thousand Kharkiv residents were left without electricity. Street lighting is completely absent and people move around the city with lanterns after dusk.
